FAQ
If you have a failing pipe, a traditional plumber will remove it and replace it with a new pipe. This method often requires extensive digging, meaning a messy, time-consuming and expensive process. The new pipe is also doomed for the same failures as the old pipe. NuFlow Indy’s no-dig, trenchless pipe-lining solutions are non-destructive, eco-friendly, non-invasive, cost-effective and can be installed in a fraction of the time. NuFlow’s patented processes only require pipe access points (cleanouts that should already exist for maintenance). The liner is pulled into place and then left to cure, so there is no damage or disruption to the building, tenants or residents.
Rehabilitating pipes with our trenchless, no-dig technology can cost half of what conventional pipe replacement does. There is also little structural modification involved because there is no need to tear up the street or lawn. This reduces the clean-up and labor costs. Yes. Our liner meets or exceeds ASTM standards.
Our technology can be used on all major types of draining piping materials, both inside and outside the building or home.
We can use our trenchless, no-dig technology to line pipes with diameters less than 2 inches to more than 12 inches in diameter.
Depending on the type of liner the job requires, our products have a lifespan ranging from 50 to 100 years.
Common indicators of failing drain lines are cracks in the visible pipes, leaks, water stains, mold, slow drains and backups.
NuFlow Indy can fix your pipes using existing access points such as clean-outs, manholes or toilets.
In most cases, yes. Our teams often don’t even need to enter your home or building when using outside access points.
It can take as little as 10 minutes or up to a few hours, depending on the type of liner your job requires.
Immediately.
Sometimes the pipe systems don’t even need to be turned off. If it is necessary to turn off the water, we can do our work during the least inconvenient hours for the building.
Not typically. Traditional home inspections usually don’t put a camera through the pipes to examine the condition of the sewer system. This means the inspector might not see the costly problems lurking underground. NuFlow Indy’s no-dig camera inspections can give you peace of mind before making a life-changing purchase.
While our technology allows us to fix most problems without excavation, digging is necessary on rare occasions. Some municipalities require outdoor clean-outs on properties. If a clean-out doesn’t already exist, NuFlow Indy will install one. This will mean easy access for crews going forward. Our team takes special care to ensure minimal disruption to your property whenever digging is absolutely necessary.
Our epoxy meets or exceeds the physical properties set forth in ASTM standards for CIPP rehabilitation.
No. Homeowners are responsible for sewer line maintenance and repair.
