All of our work starts and ends with a camera inspection. Our camera goes inside your sewer line to find the underground problems you can’t see. We can diagnose an existing issue or simply give you peace of mind that your sewer line is in good shape. If repairs are needed, the cost of the camera is applied to the total repair costs.
To ensure full transparency, we’ll provide you with an HD video of what we found in your pipes. We will discuss the problem and our plan of action with you. After repairs are completed and the liner is cured in place, we do another camera inspection to make sure everything looks as it should. You will also receive an HD video of the final inspection for your records.
We also offer camera inspections specifically for property purchases. Traditional home inspections do not go inside the pipes to examine the state of the sewer line. Our camera inspections can find problems or issues you may not have known about before purchasing the property.
If we find a problem, you can negotiate with the seller to reduce the sale price or have repairs done before closing. We can do most repairs without digging up your future yard. Our sewer inspections help you avoid costly surprises down the road and ensure you know exactly what you’re getting when you make a life-changing purchase.
